Fourth graders at Esten Elementary School enjoyed a Poet in Residence who worked with them to write their own poems. The poems were bound as books. Students read their poems to an enthusiastic audience of parents, school staff and other students. The Fourth Grade Poetry Project has become a tradition for Esten and has been funded by the REF the past few years.
